2017 Wine Tours
Wine for TV?

Although I often use the term "day wines" for wines that are meant to be consumed now and not cellared, today's guest described them as "wines to enjoy while watching The Bachelor".  I thought that was pretty insightful!  Another amazing couple who are now part of our extended fruit family!  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Sweet and Savory

Your palate, her palate, my palate. All different, and yet we were all able to find aspects of the Willamette Valley terroir that we could enjoy and share on this sunny day! Monday is for Locals

The sky cleared up just in time for these two local couples to enjoy some wine in the Valley. This was really one of those perfect days for our wine class on wheels, talking soils, clones, and barrels, and sipping crisp, clean wines with the sun shining down from above.  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Friday Flights

Today friendships were made and wine clubs were joined. Our tour highlighted the effect terroir has on the thin-skinned Pinot Noir grape, while also allowing our guests to relax into the beautiful Willamette Valley. Click the photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Wednesday & Wine

After many years of marriage, it was our pleasure to spend the day and teach this couple more about wine and the Willamette Valley.  What a lovely day!  Click either photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Relaxing and Laughing

Today's tour started gray and cold but was full of laughter and relaxation. A reunion of lifelong friends and a wedding anniversary brought our group into the beautiful Willamette Valley for a few cool climate wines. Alongside the delicious Pinots, a newfound love for Chardonnay was developed, as well as that Late Harvest Pinot Gris for dessert! Click either photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Lifelong Friends

When they met, one was seven and one was eight.  Today, we created additional memories to add to this lifelong friendship.  With great vistas and wonderful wines, today was a very good day and I am so glad to be a part of the memories you will share as friends for years to come. Click the photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

East Coast meets Asia

Visiting from opposite sides of the globe, these three delightful women enjoyed a cool day of wine. We had so much fun examining baby grape clusters and learning to pair a late harvest Pinot Gris with jalapeno hazelnuts. Safe travels to you all on your return trips home!  Click the photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Memorial Day Memories

Family, friends, visitors and more...what a beautiful and sunny day to take a wine tour. Thank you, everyone, for a wonderful day.  Click the photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

We Choose the Artist

On today's tour, we learned something very important....winemakers approach winemaking as scientist or artist, and we choose artist!  It really was a lovely day today...both the group and the weather, and I would do it again anytime!  Click the photo below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.
