Flying High

A family outing on a Sunday afternoon.  Lovely.  The weather, the wine, the laughter....all working in perfect synchronization to keep this family flying high.  Click the collage below for the photo album. You Can Pick the Bun

Upgrading your seat on the flight has its perks! And so does Oregon wine, as these three proclaimed “there are two types of wine in Oregon, tasty and tastier.” We’re pretty sure that these lifelong friends, who are first-timers to our Oregon wine region which led to first-time chardonnay purchases and lots of new pinot noir favorites, will be returning to Oregon to taste wine again soon.  And those leaves!  Click the collage below for the photo album. Lovely Wines for Everyone

The Fall rains have begun, but that didn't stop these couples from having fun and enjoying a great day.  It was a day filled with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gamay and so much more....lovely wines for everyone!  Click the collage below for the photo album. The Real Deal

After the wildfires in CA required a quick change of plans, this wonderful couple wasn't sure what they’d be able to pull together in Oregon. So we showed them how Oregon does wine; showcasing gorgeous pinot noir, unique chardonnay and rare gems like dry muscat poured by the winemaker himself. Although this was a different wine country than anticipated, we're happy to say we helped make this the trip they hoped for!  Click the collage below for the photo album. Investing in Life

Good friends in the wine country on a Monday.  Now that's a good investment in life!  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Fall Into Fun

Another beautiful Fall day in the wine country with stunning views of Mt. Hood and some wonderful wine.  Sometimes the most unexpected encounters remind us to be present and enjoy each day.  And today, we fell into fun!  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

Tomato Fluffer

Harvest is in full swing...and with all of this fermentation going on today's guest taught us how to pollinate a tomato with a toothbrush.  They say there is a story in every bottle of wine, but I say the best stories typically come from those who drink it!  We enjoyed some beautiful vistas on a very beautiful Fall day, creating memories to last a lifetime.  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

The Stages of Harvest

These two may have come for the coffee but they’re surely staying for the wine. We found grapes in all stages of harvest! Whether it was differences in varietal and ripeness hanging on the vine (some not quite ready to be picked) or feeling the warmth of grapes fermenting in stainless steel vats, I’m pretty sure they liked the stage that came directly from the bottle, best!  Click the collage below for the photo album. Key West or Bust

Traveling and learning more about other places and wine is a great reason to visit the Willamette Valley.  This lovely couple did just that, and whether your goal is to retire in Key West or in the home you're in right now, it's never too late to taste some great wine.  Click the collage below for the photo album. The album will also allow you to easily download or share your memories with family and friends.

The Golden Grapes

Both of these guests have traveled extensively through wine regions of the world.  Today we experienced classic Willamette Valley Fall weather with sun breaks and rain showers as well as a side by side Pommard clone comparisons that was a great learning experience!  We explored soil types, vintage variation, the vast array of wine maker’s decisions, and possibly debunked one hazelnut myth.  All this AND Packers fans!  Click the collage below for the photo album.
